Purchased on Dec. 20. 3 weeks later I asked for the tracking info. They never sent it. Tried helping out and asked for tracking info a week later. I assume they never sent it. They still did not help. Then they sent a refund after 40 days. In my opinion this was a very bad way of handling this situation. Even if it was lost by the carrier. The seller never provided proof that they actually sent the item. Will AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS.
