    Well worth watching, over and over. A profound smack in the eye for misogynists.

    Drew Barrymore.....an enigma wrapped in a mystery. There's something about her, something.....magic. She plays the role she has in this age old tale, in a very Drew Barrymore way. Not the archetypal Cinderella, this one is dangerous, quick witted, very much a hero type for today. When SHE rescues the Prince, when SHE secures her own escape, without the need for a man to save her....this movie deserves support, if only for the refreshing new taste it brings to this fable.

    Angelica Huston great Actor and Director, She is one of Today's Best and most talented Directors ! Must be in Her Family lineage Dad ( WALTER HUSTON ) Had to be a huge influence on her unique talent ! I would buy or watch any of her Cinematic endevers, sight unseen, as I have that much faith and respect for her abundent talent !

    A great Family movie

    I have seen this movie a good number of times and decided I needed to purchase it so I have, it is to this day one of my favorite movies and I love Drew Berrymore in it she dose a great job in most all her movies. the stoy they tell is known but not quite like this and thats where I really enjoy it because its more realistic almost like its the real version of the story. Check it out! It is more of a Chick flick if thats what you want to call it, corse what can I say I'm a girl but its not so bad that guys can't enjoy it with their family.

    Cinderella for Grownups

    Story is the best retelling of the original for adults. Gutsy to take out the mice and FGM, but putting in real characters from history like Leonardo, really kick it up a notch. Plus what is not to like as you just look at Drew Barrymore, just saying this as a relatively low demographic adult male viewer.
