Delivery schedule:
 
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 1 working day. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 7-10 days for Europe and 7-14 business days to the Rest of the World.

Packaging:
 
At Oak Tree Homeware & Gifts, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality packaging materials which includes recycled packing where possible to minimise environmental impact. We too buy online and can assure you nobody takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged please let us know by email or phone and we will either replace or refund at our discretion (subject to supporting evidence being supplied if requested).
 
Unpaid item policy.
 
We send an email following the close of the listing to advise all winning bidders of their purchase. This includes our contact details, information and prices of the order and also a pay now link for paypal. Buyers with items still unpaid after 7 days are sent 1 reminder, if still unpaid after 10 days we will apply to ebay to refund our seller fees (ebays commission) on the sale. If still unpaid 7 days after we file for our fees to be refunded, ebay will refund our fees on that transaction and issue the buyer with an unpaid item strike. This can ultimately result in the member being no longer registered on ebay.
