Nobody answers messages. eBay contacts the seller, they promise to return the money in a week. They didn't explain anything or even apologize. The book is no longer available on the website. It looks like they were originally selling a NON-EXISTENT product. I absolutely do not recommend this seller. You could be the next unhappy customer, waiting a long time, getting 0.

    Great teacher's guide

    I love New English File. The teacher's book is so helpful if you are a new ESOL teacher. There are lots of extra activities in there too.
