    i have been recommended this flour from a health specialist and have cooked with it for the first time making pastry .It is a fine flour and needs careful handling .It produces excellent colour and texture and is very healthy

    Excellent flour

    I have an intolerance to wheat but my body likes spelt and since I have problem to find a healthy spelt bread I decided to make my own bread, this flour is excellent , yummy.

    i think it was a great spelt flour no complaints from our tribe here

    Spelt Flour

    I only use Spelt flour and find this to be an excellent product. I use it for bread and baking where ordinary wheat flour might be used. I find it suits my digestive system better that wheat.
