Royal Mail damaged the item in transit, not there fault as they have automatic machines. Seller's poor packing lead to this . Refund refused even though seller was at fault, and i spent £80 for a plumber to fit item only to discover it had been damaged. This seller has poor customer service , its like speaking to a robot.
