    Really bad customer service and my personal view is the seller should of packed the item in a box but instead sent it Royal Mail in a soft iffy bag. Royal Mail damaged the item in transit, not there fault as they have automatic machines. Seller's poor packing lead to this . Refund refused even though seller was at fault, and i spent £80 for a plumber to fit item only to discover it had been damaged. This seller has poor customer service , its like speaking to a robot. I do not recommend them.

    Tiny

    If you only have a tiny space under your shower tray then this is about the shortest trap you can get, and the clever key thing it comes with allows you to do it up from the top. Outlet adaptor takes a 32mm solvent weld pipe, so a blob of cement on each bit and shove it in- no fiddly doing things up.
