I work from home and was in all day. 2nd attempt 1 item arrived and looked like it had been tampered with. 3rd attempt, again, refused on delivery. 4th attempt email to say it had been delivered. Rang DHL straight away to say it hadn't and within 5mins driver returned with item and box was a mess!

One of the screwdrivers punctured the padded envelope in which it was packaged. So, much more care needs to be taken with packaging items such as this. I hope the seller will take this onboard and make the extra effort required. I would order from them again though as the product quality and shipping times were great.
