On opening 1 of 1 box this morning the roof section is damaged I have emailed the seller three times to day but no reply from them .

Although this is a lovely hutch, there was an issue with attaching the ramp! so much so that we ended up having to attach another baton of wood to enable us to securely screw the ramp inplace.. another issue is when screwing the latches in place, the wood was splitting, but hopefully this won't cause to much of a problem. The last thing I'm a bit concerned about is, there's quite a gap when the door is closed to their bedroom!
