Fed up of Sellers not describing fully as eBay says it should!? The Cost and Delivery time wasn't a problem. Item described did not mention saying anything about needing a Socket and Spanner to tighten it but it would need constant tightening during use anyway so it's a bad design!? Should have a twist or clip mechanism or something!? Sellers should check, try and know exactly what they are selling and not just hope it's OK because they are interested in profit without the customer in mind.

Each one comes in it’s own box but the overall cardboard box packaging was very poor ,cheap and flimsy. The box was ripped on receipt and I had to check none were missing. Given the amount of money spent I would have expected better.

Disgusting customer service. Sent me an item that was clearly already damaged and had been glued. This then had snapped off again by the time it got to me. Tried to contact for a replacement piece or refund and was ignored twice so I eventually made a case with ebay to get my refund. Do not buy from these people as you will be ignored and not treated like a paying customer.

The item arrived super quick so would recommend the seller… HOWEVER…. despite me measuring the diameter of the gasket to fit a 2 cup they were too small. Whether this was just my stupidity or the sizes on the advert were incorrect I will never know. Not worth returning as postage costs e/w work out more than the article itself. So I’m stuck with an item of no use and will have to spend further money to obtain the correct size. ! Picture shows my gasket size at top .
