Arrived smashed up because there was ZERO protective packaging on this item. It was wrapped in a grey plastic bag and that was it. Just because the seller refunded doesn't mean it wasn't a bad experience, I still had the hassle of returning it AND having to wait on getting my money back before I could buy a new one. Sellers refunding is the bare minimum of service you should get, I don't need to be thankful for it NOT being worse.

so sorry you had a problem sorry you had to wait for the refund ebay policy is we have to wait to refund until the item has been returned and checked incase the item returned is not as it should be this was explained but this was not good enough for you, as we said there is no need to have the hastle of going to the post office we supplied a prepaid label and you had the option to request a free collection of the item on the royal mail web site i am not sure what more we could have done

Faulty item. Arrived dented, bits floating in it, no twister effect as the plastic boy was broken. Threw it away told seller I want a refund and they refused! This was a gift for my son! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER they don’t care!! I’m furious. When will people just do the right thing? Deserves bad feedback

as we advised the bit floating is supposed to be floating this creates the vortex and needed a shake to reset it, but as you said it was also damaged you were offered a free return but refused point blank to return it stating you binned it this is odd as you had just taken pictures of the item, verry abusive and threataning messages from the customer to the point we have reported it to ebay, please try to send a nice message if you have a problem with a seller you might find it gets a response
