Item was faulty out of the box. BEWARE. sellers attitude was combative and he refused to take responsibility for selling a faulty item. Told me to claim on Dyson warranty. After looking at his previous negative feedback and his replies, This appears to be a re occurring theme. See picture of faulty part AVOID Very poor customer service.

Disgusting attitude, this is feedback extortion. We sold a brand new, sealed Dyson. As soon as buyer received it he claimed the brush was faulty and ask for £100 refund or he would leave bad feedback. We told him that he needed to contact Dyson because this product is covered by Dyson warranty, or he could return to us. He hasnt returned to us but left us this FB because we didnt give him £100 refund.
