The item arrived broken in four pieces - it had been packed in a thin box with only one sticker on it saying it was fragile. I messaged the seller twice sailing if it had been insured. I sent pictures both times and the seller asked for pictures again. The seller finally responded I would be refunded. I waited. I had to ask again. I was finally refunded but only for the purchase price. So I paid $17.00 fior a broken item that cannot be repaired or used. How is that fair?

Fast shipper. Seller refusing to respond to multiple messages sent letting him know that the piece I received was not set up electrically for my needs. I understand that description stated that sale was for housing only but showed standard elec socket in pics saying that there were a few with std elec set up and one with odd elec set up.I saw after my purchase that the one I needed was still available and was looking to set something with seller to make exchange but seller refused to respond.
