These shoes were definitely NOT a size 39, they were probably 38 or even smaller! It was impossible to contact the seller (who is in China!) to arrange for a return as some of the address is in Chinese which is not accepted by UK courier companies. Furthermore shipping costs to return would be very expensive. Very frustrating. Now I'm stuck with shoes I can't get on my feet and can't send them back and can't get a refund. I feel conned.
