Item not new as described, listed as size 14 but actually measures as a size 8, seems like it shrunk in the wash, seller reckons she isn't aware of sizing in women's clothes! Instead of using AI to describe, actual measurements would have been more helpful, no help from this seller to rectify the issue so beware.

I replied most kindly to your message and in good time. I dont accept returns and im sorry this upset you enough to tell lies. The cardigan is labelled 14 so that's what I listed it as. I didnt manufacture the garment so cant comment on how it was knitted or assembled? My advice is tape measure yourself first, check you are a 14 and not larger before buying and then moaning about it when it turns up doesn't fit and you cant return it. Photos descriptions and label size were correct on listing.
