I was sold a ‘Body Shop’ foot lotion. The product I received was meant to be an Xmas gift but was not fit for purpose. The bottle was squashed and distorted and the contents mouldy. I’ve contacted the seller twice as I want to return and get a refund. So far, had no success. Have since discovered this product has been discontinued so I’d speculate that the one I received was a fake product. Please advise how I go about getting a refund. Thanks.
