Good quality product. The cover is initially a little fiddly and stiff to remove but once opened, subsequent cover removals are easy. Disks go in like a dream, it connects to via the USB cable with no problems. Great product, great price.

I received the package and everything works perfectly. But I had 2 problems that the seller solved very quickly.
-Hard drive comes from the UK and comes with a UK plug, which does not work in Spain. I had to buy an adapter in a nearby store and the seller refunded it.
-Upon receiving the package I had to pay a customs bill and the seller also refunded it to me.
The communication was super fast and without any problems, so I totally recommend this seller.
