The product they sell requires a part to attach it to the bike. I sent the same pictures attached to this correspondence. I asked if they had failed to supply the fixing keys for the pair of lights, or they just don't supply them? I added that if they don't supply the keys could they direct me to a vender of that part. After this I got word salad, and no help at all.
