Product Information

Playing through the story of the feature film and including additional, original scenes, the video game version of X-Men Origins: Wolverine is a mission-driven action-adventure with lots of combat. Players control the mutant who will become Wolverine from a third-person perspective. The fighting interface is based on light, heavy, and grapple attacks, with improvised combos and sharp finishing moves. As he fights, Wolverine builds rage, which allows more powerful attacks. The agile hero can also perform a lunge attack, leaping with his claws extended toward an enemy. Wolverine's feral senses give him enhanced surveillance capabilities. When he is hit, wounds appear and heal quickly, distinguishing his mutant regenerative abilities. Throughout the adventure, Wolverine encounters other characters with related origin stories.

    It’s ok game love

    Entertained but not Impressed

    While the game play and graphics are solid, the level and enemy design is repetitive and unimaginative. The gameplay is arcade, side-scrolling style. As Wolverine you advance through wave after wave of cloned enemies(first you face two easy guys, then 2 easies and a medium, then 1 easy 2 mediums, then 1 easy 1 hard, etc.) unlocking new moves along the way. The game isn't awful, but unless you are a fan of X-Men or Wolverine specifically, there are better options out there. If you ARE a fan, go for it! You will have some fun, and you should be able a really good price for it here on ebay!

    Very Good

    It's great game for both young and old. =) Challenging and fun at the same time. My nephew wanted it for himself and I even had fun playing it before he got it. =)
