Please save yourself the headache and avoid this merchant. I ordered a jacket for my niece, and was charged 22.05 for shipping. The item was held at my PO because there was postage due $13.70. The post man said people just drop their packages in the box and walk away without paying full freight. I went ahead and paid it as it was a gift and contacted the seller. I was given a partial refund of the postage due. I asked again for the full refund and was told, I didn’t have to give you anything.
