Super Invention! You don't even have to attach it to your floor tom! Just prop the stand up and place the drum right on top! the cradle stand stays in place, the drum does also! And the stand is easy to store in your hardware case!
All of my16" floor drums have legs but the 1940s 14"x12" don't. I use one stand for my studio drum set and the other for traveling. Thanks so much. Really worth having them sent from England because no one makes them here in USA
