In the end after a few emails back n forward seller answered messages promptly, Seller would need to check in future when selling hard drives, when buying any size as the manufacturer may not set up drives in the manufacturering stage properly so when people buy via the sellers the drives do not ready correctly when conected to a Windows 10 or 11 machine the full TB as seen online when purchasing, for instance purchasing a 10TB drive when connected to you machine it reads 9.3TB.

I received the package and everything works perfectly. But I had 2 problems that the seller solved very quickly.
-Hard drive comes from the UK and comes with a UK plug, which does not work in Spain. I had to buy an adapter in a nearby store and the seller refunded it.
-Upon receiving the package I had to pay a customs bill and the seller also refunded it to me.
The communication was super fast and without any problems, so I totally recommend this seller.
