I didn't reply because I felt it was clear that the cards you purchased slipped *very slightly* out of the inner sleeve in the post - a thing I took standard steps to control. They were still safely within the toploader, and topped with paper to prevent them slipping out or coming into contact with the tape used to secure them. I do not think it is fair to say that your cards were not well packaged - could please you amend your feedback, or attach the photo you sent to me of how they arrived?
