    I have loved this movie for 20 years. For a cowboy / love story that not mushy is just the kind men like to watch. Katherine Ross was brilliant the way she tells him that he is needed at the end of the movie. A must have for your film library. Marty S.

    Great Movie

    This was an excellent movie, although it was clearly a made-for-tv product. I'm a Sam Elliott fan, and this one truly "featured" him! Plus, I met Katherine Ross years ago when she was filming Butch Cassidy. I would recommend this movie most highly.

    A good western played by many excellent actors which have been in different movies. Each actor did good part in the roles they are in. I also enjoy westerns.

    One of the best in this genre

    This is one of the best western movies I've ever seen. Sam Elliott is definitely in his element as a western star. The story line is engaging, and leaves you wondering if he will stay or go.
