The sign didn’t totally work when I first received it. I reached out to them and sent them some pictures. They sent me the power cord and asked me to try replacing it to see if that worked. If that didn’t work, they offered to replace it. I replaced the power and it is working perfectly. The communication with them was very easy and painless.
