I messaged prior to ordering and asked if it shipped rolled or folded, I provided the amount I was purchasing as well. The seller stated it shipped rolled not folded. I placed an order and 20 days later received it folded in half then half again. This ruins carbon fiber. This hexagonal carbon fiber is typically a decorative layer and is now useless. I messaged them after receiving it and was now told they file it and thanks for my understanding… waste of time and money.

hello, as the shipping parcel 's largest length have to be less than 60cm, we have to cut the cloth to 50cm and roll it or fold in 50cm and roll it to ship it, thank you.
