Fast dispatch.Exactly as shown.Not happy at all with the packaging as it was not secure packaging.The box got squashed from one side.I am sending 2 pics as a proof.I know its delivery company fault but still for your customers wellbeing you can put it in another box for safety.Thanks God my item didn't break.Thats why leaving positive feedback.I hope it will work great and for long, not like my previous Russell hobbs kettle which after 5 months, the glass got broke by itself from the top.
