Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you.
All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original State, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition. Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 30 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be covered by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through the eBay messaging system to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return.
Please note: we will not be able to cover return postage costs that do not adhere to this process.
All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging system. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties.     Good cutters

    Replacement oem cutters for my excellent and trusty Panasonic shaver that I've had for years. The blades are good to start with but lose their edge. You're supposed to replace them every year but I extend to 2 years. These blades have revived my shaver. My only gripe is the price. They're priced like printer cartridges so over the product's life you spend more on blades. I'd like a system that you can resharpen.

    I need the two spring loaded fiwing blocks that are needed to mount the new ly purchased inner blades

    The Inner blades could not be fitted in my Panasonic ES-RF41 shaver due to the fact that they did not come with the small spring loaded fixing blocks that are needed to fit on the mounting pins. I bought this shaver on line some time ago and it only came with the two outer shaver blades. It performs reasonably well with just the two outer blades and I thought it would be great to have the inner blades also. The two inner blades are of no use unless I can be supplied with the two small mounting blocks

    A necessary cost of owning the shaver.

    This is a bit artificial, in that having decided to purchase the shaver, there is no real option to buying the cutter (and foil) on a periodic basis; how long it lasts before replacement is necessary will naturally depend on how tough one's beard is.
