Excellent communication from seller when I contacted them. Price was great as well. If you buy this item just be aware that the seller sends them out as 2 parcels. Jack arrived ultra fast and axle stands were a day or 2 later. I highly recommend this jack over cheaper ones advertised on E-bay. This one has twin hydraulic cylinders and a long handle making lifting a lot easier to undertake.

Axle stands turned up quickly but with no jack, that took another month to arrive due to poor shipping at Dx. There communication was spot on, they admitted they had problems there end with shipping. Hopefully that gets sorted soon.
