Not the fault of the seller! Well made, powerful bit of kit once you find how it all fits together. It took me a couple of days to work out where every screw went, and due to poor instructions I might have put double washers in the wrong place. A few spare nuts and bolts would help, I was just a couple short. Probably will remove the safety cage, it stops bigger logs !

The new pump is working fine so far. Anything can go wrong with a mechanical item and Jack responded immediately therefore can’t fault that for brilliant service. Definitely recommend this company.
