The item arrived broken and was on packaging for a completely different item, contacted the seller and they offered 20% discount if I would use it. They seem to have no concept of the phrase the unit is damaged and is unfit for use. It is sad to see that this seems to be their way of doing business. When these things keep happening it is a pattern of careless trading and poor customer understanding.

Totally disappointed with this seller. Purchased this it and it cam incomplete missing the bottom battery compartment cover. Asked to send photos after photos of the missing part showing the box photo and the item i received which uou can clearly see its missing, only to be told that it doesn't come with batteries. Derrr its not rocket science. THE BATTERY COVER COMPARTMENT IS NOT WITH IT. SO CAN NOT PUT ANY BATTERIES IN IT. JUST SENT OUT THE MISSING BIT. :-$
