My item arrived as indicated which was postive. However it scratches on the bottom and a missing screw to secure tye base of the lamp. There was no way to charge it as despite been given a cable, there was no charging port on it. I messaged the seller and the communication was regular, however they initally refused to accept to responsibility for this and offered me a partial refund which was not acceptable given I had a unsable item. A full fund was eventually offered in the end.

Do not buy from this seller the items in the picture are from a different and this seller is using other photos to promote it's listing and the items they send you are totally different and cheaper products I got a partial refund but still not the point. Shouldn't advertise products that are not the same in the pictures. So careful when buying from this seller.
