      Shame it doesn’t stay on

      Unfortunately the L plates didn’t last till we got to the end of the road as it was lost somewhere during the journey. Unfortunately I will have to get a adhesive one if it to stay on. My daughter drives my car so it would be helpful having the flexibility to add and remove it when needed.

      Fall off easy

      I'm a disappoint with these L plates. I put them on to the car and within 10 minutes of being out driving they blew off in the wind meaning I had to pull over and let my partner take over as I no longer had any L plates on the car to be able to drive legally as a learner. The magnet is not strong enough to hold on when driving in winds or over 30.

      Not very good

      I’m going to be totally honest, they are good when driving at around 30mph, but as soon as I hit a 40, the L plates flew off, they were placed upon the vehicle appropriately and left a day before taking the vehicle out. They flew off and I’m unable to collect them as unsure where abouts they flew off at, its only held down by two short strips of magnet, if the magnets were stronger then it would be more ideal.

      Magnets weren't sufficient to hold the L plate to the vehicle

      L plates come with two very weak strips of magnet to hold the plastic to the car. As a result as soon as a bit of wind gets under the L plates they have a tendency to blow off. This left me in a number of precarious situations where I had to stop on a busy road to get out and collect the plate. The last time the plate blew off it was destroyed.
