As a tracking number had been issued the order was unable to be canceled. Should have been delivered by the 12th Feb. Contacted seller on 13 Feb. Replied saying order not even posted yet, they have a busy life and would put it in post the next day. I requested a refund. 22 hours later no reply, no refund and no updated tracking info.
