Good product and, unlike some other versions, the spring cover of the mains cable plug locks the cable in place - blue latch shown in the photos lifts and releases it for disconnecting. Only slight issue is that the cover plate overall dimensions are slightly smaller than the replaced fitting so a bit of cleaning up needed where the previously covered areas were a bit discoloured and dirty and a couple of new screw holes in the caravan body were needed.

The chains were just what I was looking for and a lot cheaper than the local supplier. First parcel arrived with a hole in it and no chains, obviously a problem with the Royal Mail and not the seller. When I contacted the seller replacements were sent straight away with no fuss and an apology for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend.
