I bought a mirror off the seller was not in good condition when I have approached the seller they have told me that I have to make my way to the warehouse. I would have had to pay for a van to put the mirror in and petrol out of my pocket when it is there fault for sending out such are low quality product and the worst communication skills ever an rude do not buy your products off the seller they could have come and replaced it for me but they did not and offered me £50 worst experience!!!

first of all dont lie.. we were happy to exchange it for you on condition your brought the other back to our warehouse in leeds not far from you. you took in delivery had the item opened up for you and you agreed it was ok and signed the paperwork confirming this.. you then opened an ebay dispute where ebay told you to return the item back too us. you didn't return it as you couldn't be bothered. so stop blaming everyone else. if it was damaged you would not have accepted it on delivery.

Absolutely love it thankyou & matches my other bedroom furniture perfectly. The delivery driver was rude tho & buzzed me & said he had left it in the foyer when I had prearranged for it to be delivered to my 1st floor apartment & paid the extra postage cost. I had to show him my messages-he reluctantly did take it up the stairs for me but he was very abrupt & rude & I felt uncomfortable in my own home!! And then left me with all the packaging too which was disappointing.

This wasn't the drivers fault that was our offices error. However he went above and beyond for you unpacking when it not his job. It is also not our job to take your rubbish away, you don't ask Sainsbury to unpack your shopping and take away the rubbish. We do not take goods upstairs into peoples homes due to liability insurance issues so kindly refrain from blaming the driver. It is not his job to unpack goods for you and put them in place.
