I stupidly put in the wrong delivery address when I ordered the item, but when I contacted Neil through eBay messaging, he was only too happy to amend this for me. Communication was great, the tracked parcel arrived in good time and the contents were exactly as advertised. I would definitely use Perfume Shop Direct again and would highly recommend as their prices are very competitive, and quite often cheaper that other retailers.

Excellent product and exactly as described; Not in box and no lid. However, for the price and it being a genuine product if you read the description you won’t be disappointed. If you’re after a brand new in box look elsewhere.
