    Despite the awful service by the transporter in which the items have been delayed several times and one of the items has arrived broken,the seller has been professional and helpful. The products that have not been damaged seem up to the description. Currently waiting to find out if the broken item is replaceable or not because of the excessive time that has been lost by the courier and their false delivery information.

    Hello, I am sorry to see you left negative feedback. We did not receive any message from you. I can see the courier attempted delivery multiple times: on the 26 April 2024 & 29 April 2024 & 30 April 2024, but you were not at home, so the Parcel was left to the local depot available for collection. Unfortunately, couriers only attempt delivery three times before bringing the parcel to a local depot for collection. If you had sent us a message, we would have been able to help. Kind regards
