Pretty rubbish patches. The metal ends pull out of the stem as you're pulling them through the hole. Won't buy these again.

You need to drill the hole though with a 3mm carbide cutter and pull the stem through by the rubber, not the pin. If you pull any plug through by the pin it will just pull out.
