I bought this because of the review that says it's thick and warm enough even without the heating part. That review is right, it is! Takes an average amount of time to heat up but I'm super snug while I'm doing it. Size is fine to wrap around one person or go over the knees of two people. Power lead clips off for washing. The six power levels are great, you don't need more than that. I have mine on 2, the 6 is far too warm for me right now. If you're checking reviews, buy this, it's great!

Panel arrived with broken connector box
We requested a replacement panel
Seller offered to send out a replacement box
Seller ended up giving us a £12 refund
Seller would NOT replace the damaged panel.
After so many emails requesting a replacement panel we gave up
The connector box on the back of the panel is not weather proof so we cant use the panel.
Seller wanted us to change our negative feedback to positive.
Due to our whole experience with this seller, Neutral is the best we can do.
