Nothing wrong with the item – it’s well made and does the job. But, I ordered this item 2pm 23rd Jan. Advertised as a 2 day delivery – so expected on 25th January. Date on package shows posting label was only produced on 25th. Yodel then experienced a problem (unspecified); the item arrived 1st February. I usually check with suppliers if they are using Yodel, and if they are, shop elsewhere. My fault! Poor delivery may not be your fault, but it is the customer experience being sought.
