Unfortunately I could not get the items to work re cloning new remote controls with existing remote control. The difference was existing RC had prefix of ON and the new RC's had prefix FLo. The description implied the items should work with both but in this case wouldn't. However the customer service was faultless from trying numerous things to returning the items. I would buy again from the seller based purely on the customer service.
