The book came exactly as described, but, and this is in NO WAY the seller's fault, before the package was delivered by the last mile carrier, it was ripped open and the bonus contents either fell out or were stolen. I reached out to the seller and they gave me a partial refund as I still wanted to keep the book. I'm sad that I didn't get the bonus, but I sincerely appreciated the seller's honesty and that we were able to work something out pretty quickly and easily.

Figure arrived broken and with red stains all over the figure and stand. Description stated “New. A brand-new, unused, unopened”, however it was apparent that this figure has been opened before by damaged packaging and sloppy tape. It also appears that the eyes are different than that on the box leading me to believe that this is not the legitimate manufacturer. I own the other two in the set “Morrigan and Felicia” so I know what this product is supposed to look like. Bad product.
