Very poor finish, very dissapointed. came uncharged so unable to test straight away. The switch motion is poor and sometimes it can't be switched off without tapping it. I think you should have pictures of the torches you have to save dissapointment. They're far worse condition than the advert makes you believe. I do not trust it in my car so I do not leave it on charge. I was offered a refund which is why it's not negative feedback. But in honesty I can't be bothered to send it back.

The description accurately describes what you will receive. We've never had a single complaint up until now on any of the countless refurbished torches we've sold, and as you mentioned, you were offered a full refund, so it really was your choice to keep it. The only issue here really is that you expected a brand new item, which this clearly isn't - and hasn't been available for several years.
