The seller sent me a bad product there was a part missing of the snow chain that tines the chain up it was the latch that tightens it up it did not come on the product it is missing I looked everywhere I’ll call the seller try to text him try to come to a agreement to send me another one did not want to send another one they did not want to do that they said they would give them money back when I send a part back to them but the address they sent me it don’t tell me anything it can’t be shipped
