We're very sorry for the item not being delivered, it was an error with DHL and was out of our hands - they took the shoes to the wrong location even though the address was correct, and rather than attempting to redeliver this item, they have sent it back to us (and it has apparently now got lost on the way back to us). We have provided the customer with a full refund, and have agreed to be back in touch if the shoes return to us from DHL.
