Thanks for the nice and solid thermos. We are learning to use it as the lid was quite a snug fit and so tightly capped that it took us a while to open and then wanted to recap it. Nevertheless, the item was well packaged and shipped very quickly. I recommend this eBayer!!!

So part arrived within 5 days of purchasing but unfortunately they sent the wrong part. So contacted Nellys and Gary was very responsive and helpful. I started return process and they refunded me right away without even sending the part back at first. They shipped the correct part which took 2 more weeks to arrive. So I have nothing bad to say about the company. The part arrived just as pictured and in working condition. I would purchase from them again.
