I contacted the seller for information but was totally ignored. I did manage assembly after making several mistakes but could not have completed the operation without the use of a mini digger to lift the very heavy body off the pallet. Nowhere did it indicate that the engine had no oil, so again, a disaster waiting to happen. The manual also states that this does not come with oil, I would advise to check through this before starting the machine. The new pump is working fine so far. Anything can go wrong with a mechanical item and Jack responded immediately therefore can’t fault that for brilliant service. Definitely recommend this company.
