After not sleeping properly for some months the local health store recommended Melissa Dream and I have to say they worked for me up to a point. They help me feel sleepy, which is half the battle. You have to take them up to an hour before you want to sleep and you don’t get that hangover feeling that you get with prescription sleeping tablets.
