Stove arrived on time but was found to have a small dent in the side of one of the outer panels. It did not affect the working of the heater. I contacted the seller who immediately offered a refund of 10% which I readily accepted. I have no doubt that the seller would have exchanged the unit had I pushed for it. Their reaction to being told there was a problem was excellent and the refund arrived pretty quick too. All in all a great piece of kit at a decent price and first class customer service

The item is as expected but a lot smaller than expected and I was unaware at the time of purchase that it was coming from Italy. Purchasing items outside of the UK needs to be highlighted by Ebay.
My other concern is that I was charged £11.08 delivery charges because it was stated on the DHL courier label that it was 10Kg in weight. It actually weighs in at a whopping 25g and is so small it could have been put in an envelope and posted. The carton it was send in is as per the photos enclosed.
